Mark is President and Founder of Primrose Real Estate. He oversees all operations of the firm and has been investing in multifamily since 1998. From 1994 – 2021 he was a multifamily broker closing over $6.5 Billion in multifamily sales with over 400 transactions. He is a passive investor in over 30 multifamily assets outside of Primrose. Mark is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Chap Todd is a Principal for Primrose Real Estate where he leads all Acquisitions. From 2019 – 2021 he was a multifamily broker for the Colliers Northwest Team closing over $350 million in off market sales. Previously, he worked for Champion Real Estate Investments locating infill multifamily development sites in San Diego. Chap is a graduate of the Point Loma Nazarene University.

Alex is the Director of Asset Management for Primrose Real Estate. Alex came to Primrose from Chartwell Retirement Residences, a publicly traded seniors housing REIT, where he spent the better part of a decade in asset management and acquisitions. Before Chartwell Alex worked at Slate Asset Management, investing in office and grocery-anchored retail. Alex obtained his CPA designation with KPMG and is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University.
